Lisette has been working in the hospitality sales for more than 25 years originally establishing LCA Lighting in 2006, focusing on decorative hospitality lighting. With the convincing of daughter and partner Alessia, who joined the company in 2015, LCA broadened their product offerings to include other hospitality-oriented products and re-branded to LCA Hospitality in 2017. Today, LCA Hospitality represents not only lighting (which remains Lisette’s passion), but carefully chosen interior design products that have expanded opportunities and ignited excitement, not only for Lisette, but for our clients.

With a degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Arizona, Alessia joined her mother in 2015, after a few years of experience in non-profit fundraising. Having grown up in the business, it was like a home-coming once she officially came on-board. Alessia loves the creative energy of working with designers and purchasing agents to make a project become a reality. For Alessia, there is nothing more satisfying than visiting a hotel or restaurant where items she helped get specified and purchased are installed. Alessia handles the updating of the website, e-blasts, and all the social media for LCA Hospitality.
